Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unused condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange once the package arrives at our warehouse.
